Marketing Coordinator

Thayer Design Build, a well-established remodeling company, is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about marketing and wants to make an impact on the success of our business.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is eager to create eye-catching, high-value-added work, and who has a desire to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

If you are a recent college graduate or have experience in marketing, we encourage you to apply for this part-time position, with the potential for full-time work in the future if you are interested in taking on additional office-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (website, social, CRM, email, etc)
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads
  • Create visually appealing content for social media and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines
  • Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns and adjust as needed
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • A high degree of comfort with technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics
