Blue Contemporary Bathroom Remodel in Philomath, Oregon

Corvallis, or

Summary

Andrea and Robert were ready for a transformation in their builder-grade bathroom on Neabeack Hill in Philomath, Oregon.

This stunning remodel created a spacious dual shower along with an elegant vanity area. The result is a blend of luxury and practicality, reflecting the clients’ taste and lifestyle.

Client Needs

The Allans had a cramped, lackluster bathroom.

This included a fiberglass shower surround and a framed glass enclosure that was hard to keep clean. The bath tub jets were unused and unsanitary. The formica countertop and oak vanity were outdated. The tile surround, linoleum flooring, and carpet were uninspiring. Lastly, the area next to the vanity was poorly lit.

It was time for a change.

Solution

Our solution focused on improving both functionality and aesthetics.

For the countertop, Cambria ‘Annicca’ quartz was selected, which featured a blend of white with hints of purple and gold that then influenced the finish choices throughout.

We added natural light by installing a window next to the vanity. The custom cherry vanity and two medicine cabinets optimized storage. Oval mirrors and new light fixtures tied the aesthetic together.

We then converted the tub into a spacious shower with dual heads, a large lighted niche, and a sleek linear drain. We installed 1″ hexagon floor tiles with vertical blue subway tiles covering the walls which tied in with the blue floral wallpaper above the vanity.
