Client Needs

This client approached us with a draft kitchen design already in hand. The main modification to the cabinet layout was relocating the fridge and deleting the upper peninsula cabinetry. She wanted custom cabinets that included all the interior goodies and pull outs. Lastly, she desired a brighter countertop and backsplash along with updated lighting.

It wasn’t just a nicely finished product that she needed though. This client had an unsettling experience with the last remodeling contractor. This time around she wanted to be sure that things would not just be done right, but done so in an enjoyable manner. She needed a great service experience – which is what we deliver.

Solution

We started by putting the clients existing drawings through our process to make sure everything was planned out right.

This included modifying and detailing the existing drawings, writing a clear scope of work, suggesting material selections, and performing detailed estimation.

With a solid plan then in place, construction went smoothly. Our team communicated regularly, kept a clean job site, resolved issues, and made sure the clients needs were not just met but exceeded.
