Project Manager

Are you a seasoned lead carpenter or project manager looking for a company that values craftsmanship, clear communication, and genuine teamwork?

If you’re ready to join an organized, relationship-focused team that takes pride in delivering beautiful residential remodels across the mid-Willamette Valley, you’ll feel right at home here. We offer steady, year-round work, well-planned projects, and a culture built on trust, camaraderie, and doing right by our clients.

We’re looking for a Residential Project Manager who brings skill, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to every job. If you care about quality, enjoy working with a close-knit crew, and want to help homeowners love their homes again, we’d love to meet you.

Brief Job Description

Our Project Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management and carpentry on our remodeling projects. This starts from the time of the design handoff, through demo and rough-in, all the way to completion of the punchlist and, occasionally, warranty. This includes management not only of the work itself, but also managing carpenters, clients, trade partners, and much more.
