The Cloverland Guest House offers two separate units – one on each floor.
Boasting fully stocked, private living quarters and conveniently located on the corner of 29th and Garfield, the property has a prime view of Cloverland Park, is walking distance to the north side co-op, and is a 5 minute bike ride to OSU’s Campus.

Exterior
The Upper Guesthouse
Encompassing 950 square feet and overlooking Cloverland park, the Upper Guesthouse includes a comfy living room with dedicated work space, two bedrooms with king and queen beds, a private deck, and off street parking.
The home is all-inclusive, with a fully stocked kitchen, a barbecue, outdoor patio set, and stackable washer and dryer.
For Thayer Design Build clients, this space is available at a special rate of $3,000 per month.
The Lower Guesthouse
This 680-square-foot ADU offers a comfortable living room, two bedrooms with three full-sized beds, including a bunk bed in one of the rooms, a private patio, and off-street parking.
The kitchen is fully stocked but does not include a dishwasher. The unit features an in-home stackable washer and dryer. The patio includes an outdoor furniture set, barbecue, and fire pit.
This unit is specially priced for our clients at $2,400 per month.
Need More Room?
For those requiring additional space, with enough notice, both the Upper and Lower Guesthouses can be reserved simultaneously and connected through the stairwell.
This would open the opportunity to rent out a total of 1,630 square feet – 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and one dedicated work space.
